I’ve been going for over ten years They have vegan, vegetarian, and meat dishes. Ever had carrot or beet babaganouj? The desserts are really great. Everything is very reasonably priced and delicious. Monib and Jinan own and run the place. The atmosphere is very informal and warm. They have great online coupons.

Crazy Wisdom Tea Room Go on a weekend evening and hear free music while eating food and/or drinking tea!

Zingerman’s Great place to meet and hang out. I even have a QuickTime VR 360° panorama of the outside by day or night. Every month they do a special bread class at the Bakery near the airport. You get to learn how they bake their bread (even make a loaf to take home) and you get a lot of great samples to eat. Did you know that they don’t add any yeast to their bread? They let the natural yeast in the air do the work for them. The next bread class is Sunday May 16, 4 - 6p. Call 734.761.2095 to join. It’s $15, but it goes to the Food Gatherers.
